How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once full payment has been received, items will ship within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your parcel once the order has been shipped.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery for domestic orders usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive. International delivery will depend on your country.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes we do! We ship worldwide. Orders less than $2000 to New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK & Europe will be calculated automatically during checkout. All other order can be quoted for an accurate delivery cost. Best part? International orders automatically receive a 10% discount as they are exempt from GST tax. What is your returns policy?
We want you to love our ceramics as much as we do. That is why we offer our customers a no worries refund service. If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods purchased, for whatever reason, you can return the goods to us for a refund or exchange ~ your choice! All we ask is that you inform us by email within 5 days of receiving the item and return the goods within 10 working days from the date you originally received them. The item was damaged during transit. What do I do?
We take great care in packaging your orders as safely as possible. In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the goods. We may request photographic proof of breakage or damage.
Will my ceramics arrive safely?
All pieces we are so proud to sell are made with love & attention in our studio. We take the same care when wrapping them for dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our ceramics are protected by a secure layer of bubblewrap, then completely surrounded in a comfy bed of eco-friendly packaging void fill to protect the piece from knocks & bumps during transit.
Should something happen to the parcel despite all our packaging efforts, we will do our very best to replace the item, find you a suitable replacement or offer a refund.
Wherever possible, we use bio-degradeable and/or recycled packaging products. We encourage our customers to reuse or recycle!
