Momami showcases the very best in Melbourne’s modern dining culture. A culinary hotspot, Momami’s menu exhibits fresh local produce, infused with the delicate flavours of Asian cuisine.
We proudly supplied Momami with a gorgeous selection of handmade tableware including stoneware and porcelain dinner plates, pebble bowls, serving boards and salt dishes in a variety of natural finishes.
“Wallace’s plates are delicate but still earthy. Glazed in the centre and granular around the edges, they incorporate a mix of textures as pleasing to touch as to behold. In fact, when pressed (chef Tony) Moss nominates Wallace’s plates as one of his favourite things about the restaurant presently.”
I recently received a link from chef Tony Moss to a gorgeous article in ‘Supper’ issue 04 featuring Momami, with some very flattering and humbling words about my tableware. It truly made my day (or year!) reading this feedback and knowing my ceramics are used with love. Read the full article here.
Some mouth-watering photos of my plates in use over at Jocelyn’s Provisions in Brisbane! I lived in Brisbane for a lovely 12 years and in my time working as a graphic designer in Fortitude Valley, I used to visit this amazing bakery very regularly.

It was such a pleasure making a selection of handmade tableware including dinner plates, pasta bowls and side bowls for Chalawan Restaurant in Melbourne.
Chalawan specialises in pairing Thai flavours with modern techniques and local produce to deliver a sophisticated menu unlike any other Thai offering in Melbourne. The food looks absolutely incredible and it is such an honour seeing my dishes used so beautifully. Thanks to Chalawan for these gorgeous photos and for purchasing handmade for their restaurant! Chalawan is located at 102 Smith Street, Collingwood.
Last year I completed a beautiful order for the Noosa Waterfront Restaurant, including plates, platters and salt dishes. It was such a pleasure to work with them and the restaurant looks amazing after the renovations. It was so exciting to see the restaurant featured in the Noosa Today newspaper and a surprise to see my ceramics pop up in these gorgeous photos.
