Samples & Seconds Sale ~ info and t&c

Thank you for your interest in our popular upcoming Samples & Seconds Sale! A few things to keep in mind during the sale;

  • We will be launching this sale in 3 different batches, not only to keep it manageable for us to upload and pack, but also for you to shop;
    • November 9th ~ Cups, mugs & takeaway cups
    • November 10th ~ Vases, planters & incense holders
    • November 12th ~ Plates, bowls & servingware
  • Listings will go LIVE at 6.30pm AEST on each of these dates
  • Please note that are no refunds on Samples & Seconds purchases so please choose carefully.
  • To secure your pieces you must checkout and pay for your items ~ placing them in your cart will not hold them for you.
  • Due to high popularity of our sales and in the rush of everyone purchasing pieces, there is a very small chance for a piece to be oversold when two customers are checking out at the exact same time. If this happens, first order in will get the item and the other customer will be notified.
  • All orders will be packed AFTER all 3 sale days have finished.
We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible and shipping within Australia is just $9.95 for order less than $150. Furthermore we’re proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders above $150!  
  • You are welcome to place separate orders for each day of the sale. Any excess postage charges will be refunded to you once the orders have been picked after the sale has ended.
  • Cutoff for combining orders is midday Tuesday 13th of November. Unless we hear from you before the cutoff, any additional orders placed after this cutoff time may occur a separate postage charge.
  • Please be patient while we work our way through the orders as quickly as we can. You will receive an email with tracking number once your order is booked in for shipping.
  • Please note that due to large volume of sale items it may take us a few extra days to ensure all pieces are wrapped safely and on their way to you, please know we will do everything we can to get your goodies to you as soon as possible.
