Size: Approx. 29cm diameter x 4cm high

Spectacular gift set consisting of a large handmade serving bowl with a pair of salad servers, made from textured, sandy coloured Australian stoneware clay. The surface of the bowl is hand-brushed with several coats of 3 different glazes to create this beautiful subtle contrast between the opaque white gloss glaze and the more translucent white glaze, which are divided by a meandering line that highlights the beauty of the textured clay.

The base of the bowl is left unglazed, creating a stunning, organic contrast with the textured clay. Please note, our raku clay has a lovely texture and is polished smooth for a lovely feel. The slight grit in the clay may mark very delicate surfaces such as highly polished timbers. We recommend using placemats for these surfaces.

If the pieces you are after are not in stock we can make them to order especially for you in our Sunshine Coast studio. For current turnaround times on backorders and more information please refer to our customer care page.

The Divided Earth tableware collection is inspired by our beautiful earth and all its textures & rawness. Rich colours with a subtle contrast are divided by a meandering line. The collection features bold textures and rugged surfaces, paired with more refined finishes and contemporary colour ways.

More pieces and colours will be added to the Divided Earth Collection seasonally. Please sign up to our newsletter to stay up-to-date!

All our ceramics are hand-made in our Sunshine Coast studio, Australia. Variations and irregularities may occur in size, shape, colour & glaze, making each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. Clay and glazes are made from naturally sourced materials which may vary slightly between batches.

caring for your ceramics
All our ceramics are made using non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes. They are oven and dishwasher safe, however we do recommend taking care as they are handmade of limited quantity. Take care to avoid sudden temperature changes (for example from the oven to a cold benchtop) as this is likely to cause thermal shock which can result in the piece cracking.

To keep your pieces beautiful, minimise contact with staining foods or liquids on unglazed surfaces.
