MILK ~ BANKSIA FLOWER HONEYCOMB
Offering a satisfying crunch, lingering rich honey flavours combine perfectly with the smooth caramel tones of this memorable milk chocolate blend. Our honeycomb is handmade by us in small batches from local honey made from the native Australian Banksia flower. The honey flavours really shine through as we believe they should in a properly made honeycomb. We haven't shirked on the amount of honeycomb per bar either! We believe we have struck a magical balance between honeycomb to rich milk chocolate which makes it hard to walk away after just one piece.
MILK ~ SINGLE ORIGIN
Hints of caramel, honey & sultana with creamy nuttiness combine in this super smooth and moreish milk chocolate. This milk chocolate is far from bland and due to the high grind time and quality sustainably sourced Ecuadorian bean, there is a richness to this pure milk chocolate that will keep you coming back for more.
MILK ~ SANDALWOOD NUT & LEMON MYRTLE
A satisfying cream crunch of sandalwood nut joins soft & aromatic lemon flavours that are folded into the smooth caramel tones of this decadent milk chocolate. Australian native Sandalwood nuts have a beautiful creamy texture and gratifying crunch and when matched with amazing aromatic Lemon Myrtle creates a lovely light milk choc.
WHITE ~ DAVIDSON PLUM
Zingy sherbet like flavours balanced with smooth & creamy white chocolate. This chocolate is all about achieving the perfect balance between sweet and tart/zesty. This chocolate is for those who want to explore their palate and taste buds a little more and are looking for something a little more unusual. The flavours are surprising but also incredibly delicious. This is one for the adventure seekers!
WHITE ~ FINGER LIME & LEMON MYRTLE
Tangy Lime with soft lemony notes rounded out with smooth & creamy white chocolate. If it was a baked good, this pretty chocolate would be a soufflé! Whilst not aerated, this chocolate gives the feeling of lightness and is reminiscent of fruit tingle sweets. The amazing native Australian Finger Lime is pitted perfectly against the soft lemon notes of the native Lemon Myrtle and is definitely one to remember!
WHITE ~ VANILLA
Vanilla Aromas with subtle floral notes folded into a smooth and creamy indulgent white chocolate. We believe a good white chocolate should have a full mouth flavour coating your tongue from the front to the back. The key is to offer balance between sweetness and creaminess and although a milder style of chocolate is still memorable by it's indulgent simplicity.
DARK ~ SINGLE ORIGIN
Rich nuttiness with hints of plum & summer fruits. Smooth finish with no bitterness. A very satisfying dark chocolate. From the the first bite you will be surprised at the 'lightness' of this dark and with no bitter aftertaste or strong tannins that can often accompany dark chocolates.
