Once full payment has been received, items will ship within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your parcel once the order has been shipped.

Each cafe seems to have a different standard however below are our best recommendations on the different sizes. Please note that being handmade, small variations will exist in sizing.

12oz medium (approx 340ml) ~ One of the most popular takeaway sizes, great for all coffee types, including iced coffee. Similar measurement to an in-house large mug. Includes silicone lid and heat sleeve.

8oz small (approx 225ml) ~ This size resembles coffee house glass cups, perfect for mocha, latte and cappuccino. It’s a very close favourite size alongside the 12oz. Includes silicone lid (no sleeve).

6oz x-small (approx 175ml) ~ Small cup size most closely replicating an in-house ceramic cup & saucer. Great for 3/4 latte, cappuccino & flat white. For those who like their coffees stronger and less milky. Includes silicone lid (no sleeve).

All our ceramics are made using Australian, non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes. They are oven and dishwasher safe (excluding gold lustre products), however we do recommend taking care as they are handmade of limited quantity.

Take care to avoid sudden temperature changes (for example from the oven to a cold benchtop) as this is likely to cause thermal shock which can result in the piece cracking.

Gold lustre finishes are fired in the kiln for durability & food safety, however please note they ARE NOT dishwasher or ovenproof. DO NOT microwave lustre pieces as we use true gold.
