Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All parcels require a signature upon delivery unless you provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) message at checkout.
By placing an order, you agree that if you select an ATL, leaving the parcel at your nominated location is at your own risk.
BACKORDERS
If any item in your order is on backorder, we will hold the entire order and ship everything together once complete. Backorder details and estimated turnaround times are listed on the individual product pages.
SHIPPING
Our ceramics studio is based in Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. We take great care to package and ship your ceramics safely and securely, using protective materials and sturdy boxing to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Postage and handling charges are additional to the retail price and calculated at checkout.
We offer Australia-only flat rate shipping of $17.95 for all domestic orders under $250. Orders over $250 qualify for FREE shipping within Australia.
We aim to keep shipping as affordable as possible while maintaining the safe, secure delivery our customers expect.
Once full payment is received, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days (unless an item is on backorder, in which case you’ll be notified at checkout).
All domestic orders are sent via Aramex or Australia Post. Every order includes a tracking number and requires a signature on delivery, unless you provide an Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days from shipment (longer for remote or regional areas).
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
Shipping charges will apply for re-shipping orders due to incorrect details. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Additional re-delivery fees may apply if the carrier cannot deliver.
HEAT POLICY – Shipping Chocolate
We pack your chocolates with extra care to help them arrive safely. However, chocolate can melt or soften in warm weather during transit.
During hotter months, we may hold orders for 1–2 days if very high temperatures are forecast, to give your chocolates the best chance of arriving in perfect condition.
We strongly recommend choosing Express Shipping — it reduces transit time and greatly lowers heat-related risks.
Please note: Once your package leaves our studio, we are no longer responsible for heat damage during transit. We cannot offer refunds or replacements if chocolate is affected after handover to the carrier.
For best results, we recommend:
- Selecting Express Shipping
- Sending to an address where someone can receive it promptly (home, work, or a neighbour)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is available at checkout for orders under $2,000 to New Zealand, Canada, South America, the UK, Europe, and parts of Asia and the Middle East. Please see our shipping rates below.
For all other countries, or for orders over $2,000, please contact us for a custom quote so we can secure the best rate possible.
We are currently not shipping to the USA while we monitor new import tariffs and requirements.
All international orders automatically receive a 10% discount as they are exempt from Australian GST. This discount also applies to Australian customers shipping gifts overseas and is applied automatically once you select your shipping country at checkout.
We love sending our ceramics around the world and take great care to package them safely and securely for long-distance transit. While international shipping from Australia can be expensive, we offer the following flat-rate options to make it as affordable as possible:
