Mother Lover is a potent nutritive herbal tea blend, based on Raspberry leaf.

Raspberry leaf is specific in Western Herbal Medicine for the last trimester of Pregnancy. Known as a partus preparator, it has a direct action on the smooth muscle of the uterus and reputed to regulate smooth muscle contractions. It is a beautiful herb to use in preparation for birth, especially in conjunction with other self-care rituals that support rest and prioritise you.

In addition, this herbal tea remedy lovingly combines raspberry leaf with herbs that will nourish, relax and nurture you in the final months before meeting your baby earth side.

Expectant mothers should drink daily from the end of the second trimester, right through into the fourth trimester if desired.

N.B Start with 1 cup per day and gradually build up to 3 cups per day over the course of a few weeks.
