Our Bunya cups feature our Chai and striking deep walnut brown glazes, high-fired to melt into stunning tones together, resulting in a variation of stunning colours from moss green and amber tones through to gold-like highlights. This glaze has to be seen in person to truly appreciate all the subtle variations that happen when one glaze meets the other.
Handmade from beautiful white Australian porcelain clay using our slipcasting technique. The base of the cups is left unglazed and polished smooth after firing, creating a vitrified stone-like surface with a tactile feel.
Choose your favourite lid colour from the dropdown. Heat sleeves available separately here if required (not included).
SIZE
This cup measures approx. 12oz (approx 340ml) which is one of the most popular takeaway sizes ~ great for all coffee types, including iced coffee. Similar measurement to an in-house large mug. Also available in 8oz and 6oz.

This item is made to order especially for you in our Sunshine Coast studio. Our current turnaround time for backorders is approx 2~4 weeks plus shipping. This may be longer depending on the size of your order.

Care Instructions
All our ceramics are made using Australian, non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes.
All our ceramics are fired to very high temperatures, making them very strong and durable. All of our pieces ~ with the exception of gold lustre decorations ~ are dishwasher & oven safe. Take care to avoid sudden temperature changes (for example from the oven to a cold benchtop) as this is likely to cause thermal shock which can result in the piece cracking.
Gold lustre finishes are fired in the kiln for durability & food safety, however please note they are not dishwasher or ovenproof. DO NOT microwave lustre pieces as we use true gold!
